I am finally here to tell you that I was so pleased! And I am very hard to please.

“I had so many intentions of sitting down and letting you know just how AMAZING our experience with YFYT was for this event as soon as the event ended, but I keep getting sidetracked.  I was incredibly sick after the event (literally at urgent care the next day with bronchitis, sinus infection and ear infection, and then a couple days later with terrible pink eye!), and then Christmas, New Years, travel, back to school, etc... you get it I'm sure.

But I am finally here to tell you that I was so pleased! And I am very hard to please.  I worked for someone that I consider to be the best chef and caterer as a young adult and as a result I find it hard to enjoy food at parties (and even a lot of restaurants, hence why when I tried RC and it was so excellent I knew ya'll were The Ones).  Usually I find that maybe the food is great, but the presentation is boring or terrible or portions aren't right or someone doesn't care enough about some fine finishing detail that 99% of the world would never notice but I do.  Or, as the host home, finding after that the kitchen is a mess, appliances are misused, and countertops scratched.  

Chef Tommy (and really the entire team, including YOU) were outstanding to work with, our kitchen was spotless, the guest couldn't stop raving (and eating), and I was blown away.  Every selection was perfection, thank you for helping me so much with that.  I think we are going to take this next holiday season off from the party, but when we resume, or for any other parties, we will definitely give you a call!!”
