We been doin’ that …!
We started out catering tiny COVID weddings, couples dinners at home, and anniversaries when COVID restrictions were at their most limiting. As restrictions have lifted, events have grown in size and complexity.
We cater for groups of 2 to 60 with vitually any food theme you can imagine. Our catering engagements work one of two ways:
One way is a “service buy out” event where you buy out our daily service with your private event, which requires a $2,000 minimum. At an minimum price of $125 per person, that would require 16 people; if you have a more elaborate menu at $200 per person, that would require 10 people.
The other way for smaller groups is an “after hours” event where Chef Sam arrives at your location between 6:00 and 6:30 (after finishing our daily service) and serves your dinner between 6:30 and 7:30. For smaller group events under $500 (think cozy dinner for two after work), service is offered on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
