When Chef Sam started the business, the idea was go do farm to table food for 3 weeks between being furloughed by Upstream and starting at Amazon in the warehouse as a picker. So he hadn’t done 1 single thing to build a company except make food.
Over the past year, he, his sister, his uncle, his brother-in-law, and a team of drivers and cooks have been building the plane while in flight. We finally got around to launching social media presence on our 1st birthday on 23 March 2021. We’ll use these as channels to stay in touch and have a little fun.
