Our menu is “chef’s choice” – which means the selections change from day-to-day depending on which fresh foods Chef Sam can get from farms and markets in our area. Food so fresh, he usually doesn’t have the menu fully planned until the afternoon on the day of delivery! It’s a little bit like a cooking show competition every day – but Chef Sam sets the ground rules and carefully curates the selections.
For every person who loves chef’s choice, there are other people who would prefer to plan around a weekly menu. So we have a set schedule below for the protein portion of the main course – but still subject to availability of suitable proteins. And if you have dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant, etc), you can let us know in the Additional Information \ Order Notes section of the Checkout screen.
Weekly Protein Schedule for the Main Course
♥ Monday – closed
♥ Tuesday – world famous crab cakes with lots of crab and a bit less “cakes”
♥ Wednesday – Wagyu flank steak fried rice with basil, cilantro, ginger, garlic, scallion, egg, mushroom, squash
♥ Thursday – stuffed, smoked pork shoulder with fennel, citrus, herb, braised greens, Isaacs carrots, orecchiette, my grandfather’s marinara
♥ Friday – braised beef short ribs – so good, you’ll wanna slap your mama
♥ Saturday – Low Country shrimp ‘n’ grits . . . ’nuff said
♥ Sunday – closed
