One of the things about fresh food from local farms is that ♯♪ you can’t always get what you want ♫ In other words, produce is seasonal, and menus have to adapt to be able to keep serving from local sources.

This winter, Chef Sam will serve up a variety of warm, comfort foods – some with deep southern roots and others with an Asian influence.

Weekly Protein Schedule for the Main Course starting 11 January 2022

which is still subject to change based on availability (so there’s still a “chef’s choice” aspect to it)

 Monday – closed

Tuesday – lowcountry shrimp ‘n’ grits – a la YFYT

Wednesday – prime NY strip – whole roasted – just think of prime rib with an upgrade

 Thursday – lobster dumplings – Shrimp, Ginger, Shiso Mirin Broth

 Friday – Brasstown beef short ribs – so good, you’ll wanna slap your mama

Saturday – world famous crab cakes with lots of crab and a bit less “cakes”

Sunday – closed
